Details for Vermut Muntaner Blanc
Review
Made from the Prensal grape, a white variety indigenous to Mallorca, the Vermut Muntaner Blanc is macerated for 40 days in herbs such as artemisia, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, cloves, ginger, green cardamom pods, elderflower, star anise, chamomile, rose petals and juniper berries. With no added sugar beyond what the must itself contains, the result is an intensely yellow-coloured vermouth, very aromatic and strongly citrus, with hints of cardamom and lemon. Very pleasant on the palate, with pronounced notes of herbs and spices, tasting completely balanced and having a delicious flavour.
Serve well chilled just with lemon peel, or as a cocktail in a balloon glass, topped up with tonic water and ice.
NOTE ON STORAGE: Once opened, keep the bottle in a cool place or in the fridge so that all its aromas may be fully preserved for weeks and even months.
