Pale pink in colour with bright reflections, this sparkling wine has fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, notes of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry stand out, along with delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is balanced, smooth and refreshing, with lively acidity and a clean finish. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes such as salads, rice dishes or Asian cuisine.
