The wine
A fine Cava at a very reasonable price.
Fresh and light on the palate, this Cava manages to meld the aromas of white petals and ripe fruit, with a predominance of grapefruit.
Its excellent acidity provides a gentle-touch freshness, pleasantly filling the palate with every mouthful. Its fine, elegant bubbles will positively glide through the mouth like tiny starfish.
Matured in bottle for 30-36 months.
