The wine
A wine which belongs to the Spanish White Guerrilla collection made by Castillo de Maetierra.
This particular one is a single varietal Viognier.
Golden yellow in colour with a greenish hue on the rim, it offers floral aromas (violets, roses, white flowers) on the nose, along with others originating from the oak barrels. The palate is fleshy and enveloping.
Matured on its lees, and subsequently in barrel for 4 months.
