An assembly of various old vineyards looking for a wine of modern profile with a greater presence of good wood while retaining the characteristic minerality of payments.
Pico Pico Table Table Wild and Selected Harvest share style and philosophy and differ mainly in the last steps of processing and packaging: Wild is bottled unfiltered with a MBS (Bottle Martin Berasategui System). Not being filtered, the wine is more natural, remains intact, it tastier mouth and increases the potential for breeding.
