The Notàri Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Superiore of Nicodemi is a white wine typical of the area, aromatic and fresh. At sight it is straw yellow in color; the nose expresses floral and fruity aromas intertwined with flavors of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is soft and balanced by a sapid streak that gives freshness and minerality. Good persistence. Excellent with fish dishes, such as monkfish. To be tasted with mushroom dishes or grilled polenta and cheeses. It goes well with white meats such as saffron chicken.
