Spec sheet
The wine
Already Pliny in his Naturalis Historia mentions the qualities of a full-bodied red wine produced along the sides of the Adriatic Sea in the Ancona area. Quality that Rosso Conero has not lost: the ruby color is intense, impenetrable, with a complex bouquet and palate on which fruity hints of black cherry and raspberry stand out.
It goes well with all pasta with meat sauce and hunting sauces. Also excellent on sheepmeat, pork, young cattle and semi-mature cheeses. Try the combination with vincisgrassi, one of the gastronomic emblems of the region.
