The wine
At sight this wine has an intense ruby red color; the aromatic profile is characterized by fruity hints of black cherries and blackberries and notes of aromatic herbs such as thyme, mint and bay leaf. The sip is fresh and composed of energetic tannic texture. Good persistence. To be combined with second courses based on meat, it is excellent with skewered pork shank.
