The wine
The perlage is fine and persistent. The color is pale pink, tending to cherry. The aromatic scent is intense and reminiscent of musk, with clear sensations of undergrowth fruits, blueberries and wild strawberries. The taste is sweet, slightly sparkling and recalls the olfactory sensations. Being a sweet and aromatic wine, it is a classic wine to accompany fruit tarts and small pastries. Ideal companion in moments of celebration, it is a pleasant thirst-quenching drink at any time of the day, especially after sport.
