The wine
The color, typical of the grape variety, is pale ruby red with orange hues. The scent is fresh, lively, with a clear hint of white pepper, gentian and delicate spices. Ideal also with some very tasty fish dishes, such as sardines and fried anchovies. It is the traditional companion of cooked salami, a typically Piedmontese sausage, rather tasty and flavored.
