The wine
Passito wine known in the local tradition as "Recioto scapà", or a Recioto that continues the fermentation of sugars up to 20-30 g / l; it is therefore no longer a Recioto, nor sufficiently dry to be able to boast the denomination of Amarone. At sight it has an intense ruby color with garnet reflections. On the nose it is recognized for the intensity and breadth of its bouquet, it is able to seduce thanks to the rare elegance. The sip is characterized by elegant freshness combined with a robust structure. Very persistent. Perfect in combination with spicy cheeses, sweet and sour red meats, chocolate, almond and dry pastries, even on its own in the manner of a Port.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC
