"The Boot" is a serial numbered, wines and spirits in Jerez and Montilla, characterized by their age and their outstanding quality wines of great complexity and finesse that age in some of the most prestigious wineries, and Navazos Team, formed by Jesus Barquin and Eduardo Ojeda, two lovers of the great fortified wines, select, reserve and bottled for them to reach the public.
In the Home of Grace Brothers Winery, next to the railway station Montilla, there is a little too old PX hearth, consisting of seven boots for many years are virtually in a state of "NO", outside the ordinary regime of bags and bottled Pérez Barquero group, touching only very occasionally and in very small quantities. For this out, we have selected four of these "Botas NO."
PX is a very old, mean age difficult to calculate but certainly much higher than 30. Probably it was 'touched' in its infancy with some old smelly, and has aged in a pattern in a sense intermediate between the styles known as Montilla (3 and 12 editions of La Bota de Pedro Ximenez) and Jerez (Issue 11, La Bota de Pedro Ximenez), closer in any case the first and certainly older and more complex than any of them.Has 15% alcohol and oxidative aging was developed with an air of larger size that "tocadedos." All this is a rare balance between fruit and noble oxidation.
It can be enjoyed as a dessert by itself, served at 12-14 º C. It was bottled in September 2010 and over the years will acquire more depth and complexity. Even, and especially with the bottle "enrestada."
