The wine
For the production of this wine exclusively used organic grapes from organic farming.
The "risca" is the name given to the hard calcareous soil that gives its name to the typical range of Jumilla. Appears naked on the slopes of the mountains, causing a double insolation due to the whiteness of the stone.
