|Type||Semi-sparkling sweet wine|
Vietti Moscato d'Asti Cascinetta is an intense and exuberant white, bright straw yellow color, slightly sparkling. The nose expresses an intense aroma of peaches, rose petals and ginger. Sweet and delicate on the palate, with a modest acidity, good balance and complexity. Final of fresh apricots. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes very well with fruit desserts, creamy desserts, dried pasta, blue cheeses and lobster.
Drinking and storing
Personally knew nothing about this grape and style but Vietti wines are always of very high quality. Softly carbonated, intense exotic fruit aromas and taste: completely drinkable. Low ABV means you could easily have a bottle at lunch on a nice summer's day in the garden.
Clear and refreshing
The wine is refreshing, excellent as pre-dinner or after dinner pairing with dessert or fruits. Or simply drink it with friends during chatting.
