Review
Terlano Pinot Bianco is an exquisite pale straw yellow white with a light greenish glaze. The nose highlights notes of pear that intersect with aromas of gooseberry and lime, all rounded by hints of chamomile and lemongrass. In the mouth it is strong and compelling, conquering the palate with aromas of pear and quince and a strong fruity, mineral and salty taste. It amazes with its long persistence. Ideal on fish-based appetizers, such as veal with tuna sauce or carpaccio of salmon and tuna, courgette flowers stuffed or combined with burrata, avocado salad, South Tyrolean recipes such as spinach gnocchi, spinach half-moons, and again, spaghetti carbonara, scallops au gratin, grilled prawns, grilled sea bream or red snapper.
