The wine
La Monaca, named after the historic winery, comes from a selection of the Estate's best Syrah grapes. Sicilian expression of a variety with controversial origins, but which has found a territory of choice in the Doc Monreale area, specifically in the Jato valley. Deep black notes, balsamic and spicy, mixed with a Mediterranean freshness.
