Poesia Garnacha Blanca

Poesía Garnacha Blanca 2022 is a single varietal 100% Garnacha Blanca wine made by the Padró family in Catalonia. This indigenous grape from northeastern Spain produces unique expressions, with high alcohol content, balanced acidity and herbaceous and citrus notes.

In the glass, it has a white gold colour with greenish reflections. The nose displays vibrant aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, combined with citrus nuances with hints of grapefruit.

The palate is smooth, creamy and full-bodied, with a fresh acidity that gives balance and continuity, finishing with a fruity character, evocative of peach.

The grapes are harvested in the early morning, immediately pressed and aged on the lees in cold (approx. 10 °C) for three days, followed by fermentation at around 19 °C with regular batonnages for 2 months. This process generates its unctuous, rounded texture on the palate.

Serving temperature: between 7 ºC and 10 ºC, ideal to preserve its freshness.
