Details for Altanza Rosado 2019
Review
This rosé is made with the traditional bleeding technique. Destemmed the grape, this macerate in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 24 hours. Subsequently, fermentation takes place with its lees at approximately 16 ℃.
Strawberry pink wine, with coral touches, bright and clean. Good aromatic intensity of red fruits (ripe strawberry, raspberry, cherry, jelly beans) along with banana notes and subsequently soft lactic and herbaceous flower notes. Once in the mouth, it is meaty and round, with sweet and well balanced tannins. Fresh and balanced, in this vintage acid red fruits appear again. Nice and appetizing wine, with delicious strawberry, jelly and citrus flavors.
