Review
This wine is the result of an assembly of various components. A part of the grapes was vinified immediately, another remained for 15 hours in contact with the skins, and a third part remained for about a year in contact with the stalks and skins. Every year, driven by the pleasure of experimenting and an innovative spirit, the company seeks the best way to integrate various components together, to create an elegant, fresh and precise wine.
Straw yellow with light coppery reflections, the nose has delicate aromas, with a fruity bouquet of melon and peach, spicy and rich in mineral notes. Structured but dynamic, it is fresh and fruity, dry and persistent. It goes well with countless appetizers, terrines and pates, ham and sausages, fish, crustaceans, white meats, poultry.
