high class Pinot Bianco

In typical Kaltern style this is a high class wine from the Alto Adige region. Pale straw colour, grapefruit, citrus nice balance and persistence on the palate. Good for fish and soft cheeses.

Solid Pinot Bianco

Nice and balanced if still a bit tight. Oak notes on opening that blows off leaving just some vanilla notes. Better in a year when oak is better integrated. Great qpr

great Pinot bianco

Floral, fruity and very, very easy drinking! In my opinion one of the better Pinot Bianco's from Italy, moreover from a region where the best are produced.

Nose - Good // Mouth - Very unbalanced

Nose - White Flowers with some Minerality background. Mouth - Way too much alcohol for the low acidity it showed. Too bad because the nose was promising

Very nice wine. Dry but fruity, with hints of apple and pear. Tasted it a few weeks ago in tje Dolomotes when skiing

A splendid basin that imbues the typical wines of the region with a very particular character: fine and elegant, but also rich, juicy and tasty. Try the Schiava, which in these parts is explosive. And the great whites: Gewürztraminer, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon. The winery? Kaltern, of...
