Details for Hipperia 2016
Review
A deep, dark cherry colour, the wine exudes an aroma of ripe black fruits on the nose, with spicy, floral and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is generous, oily-rich and structured, with mature tannins and highlights of fruit notes complemented by toasty and mineral hints.
Matured for 18 months in French oak barrels and subsequently for 24 months in bottle.
