The wine
Sperss is open, brilliant, generous, expressive and extrovert, a wine with excellent character. It comes from vineyards located in Serralunga d 'Alba and from this exceptional territory it acquires power and formidable structure. If you are lucky enough to own a bottle and you won't be able to resist the temptation to uncork it, you will already find it amazing and you will be struck by it; however, if you manage to forget it in the cellar you will be amply repaid.
