Forchir Ribolla Gialla is an intriguing and characteristic wine, with a pale yellow color illuminated by citrine flashes. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of white flowers, acacia, lily of the valley, white peach, rennet apple and wildflower honey. The freshness energizes the palate in an energetic way, with a good return of heat and sugar alcohols that make the touch silky and particularly pleasant. Good length finish, with return of floral and citrus aromas perceived on the nose. Recommended to accompany both hot and cold appetizers; white meats, soups and risottos with vegetables and greens. Also recommended with fish-based first courses, from crustaceans to molluscs to smoked meats such as salmon and swordfish.
