The wine
Dominican Venetians Valpolicella Superiore is an engaging and profound wine of bright ruby red color. The nose expresses intense aromas of plum, undergrowth, geranium, violet, with spicy notes in which cloves, pepper and leather are distinguished. On the palate it is soft and well balanced, with fine tannins and nice flavor. Perfect with polenta with sauce, pappardelle with hare, roast and braised red meats, seasoned cheese.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
