The wine
The Asti sparkling wine from the Canti winery is made from white Moscato grapes from the Cuneo area, Asti and Alessandria. At sight it has a pale straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals hints of white pulp fruit such as pears and apples and tropical notes with a mineral and chalky vein. The sip is delicate and aromatic. Ideal for an aperitif and for special occasions. Excellent with desserts.
