Review

Made up of all the company's land, five of the most beautiful crus in Barolo: Liste, Cannubi, Cannubi San Lorenzo, Fossati and San Pietro delle Viole. The first has its own unique and complete composition of macro and micro elements, which give complexity and longevity. Cannubi and Cannubi San Lorenzo, the most famous and renowned cru of Barolo, has an excellent terroir complexity, formed by large clayey limestone soils and a favorable climate that gives an incredible elegance and longevity. Fossati, being a relatively young plot, has a good percentage of sand in its composition, which gives explosive floral and red fruit aromas. San Pietro delle Viole is the youngest plot in Borgogno and, from the name, it is clear that the wines produced from its grapes are very fragrant and sometimes recall the scent of violets. It undoubtedly represents the vineyard that gives more softness and readiness.

Not convinced me

Was rather conservative then inspiring. Even after 3 Hours not unfolded a tasty smell. Ok 2014 is pretty young. Maybe becomes better in 6-8 years.
