Details for Arzuaga Reserva 2016
Bottle size and vintage
A great red from the Ribera del Duero, one that is powerful, balanced and expressive, and made by the Castilian winery belonging to the family of the famous fashion designer Amaya Arzuaga.
A very intense shade of dark red cherry, this wine releases on the nose an aroma of just the right level of intensity, exuding notes of ripe red fruit, dried fruits and nuts, wood and some tertiary notes (leather). A lovely palate, with the appropriate amount of acidity for a long-aged wine, rugged and well-handled tannins. Offering plenty of length.
18 months in American and French oak barrels.
- Optimum serving temperature:16ºC

Un excellent vin de caractère, un excellent Arzuaga, la chaleur des vins espagnols, du soleil, du fruit, très rond en bouche, extra avec des plats relevés en été comme en hiver.

The building is a song to the stone, a solid and rustic monastic evocation, with its arcades, its towers and the bell tower. It was Florentino Arzuaga, a great wine lover, who founded Bodegas Arzuaga-Navarro after buying Finca La Planta, located in the Valladolid town of Quintanilla de Onésimo. Then came the vi...
