The wine

The Conde de Haro rosé is a sparkling single varietal Garnacha Tinta made according to the traditional method. The must ferments in tank and matures for four months on its lees. Afterwards, the second fermentation lasts for about four months and then the wine rests in bottle for a further 14 months.

The colour of onion skin with coppery glints. Fine, delicate bubbles. Aromas of tropical fruit, refreshing citrus fruits and a ripe undertone of quince jelly with yeasts in the background. On the palate, the sweet-acid interplay continues, highlighted by the creaminess derived from the excellent work with the lees. In addition, delicate floral hints appear as an undercurrent, which are most appealing and take us through to an elegant and persistent finish that rounds off a fresh, flavoursome and striking Cava.
