The wine
This peculiar cava, from the Alella, located on the waterfront of the region of Barcelona, is produced slowly, with great care and taking the smallest detail.
The careful selection of base wines with which it is made, the quality of yeast used and its 24 months in the cellar are undoubtedly responsible for the final result: a sparkling wine noted for its elegance and subtlety and fine and persistent bubbles.
