The wine
Red wine of great character, a fine example of South Tyrolean red wine. At sight it has a clear ruby red color; the nose expresses notes of red fruit and balsamic hints, enriched with spicy memories. The sip on the palate is moderately structured, very inviting and highly drinkable. Excellent in combination with red meat dishes, game and game.
