The wine
Roero Arneis 7 Years is a well balanced and sensual white wine. At sight it has a straw yellow color with intense golden reflections. The perfume with a citrus principle brings with it nuances of hazelnut and star anise, with retro-olfactory hints of peach, ripe pear and saffron. In the mouth it has a warm entrance, followed by a good acid note that accompanies the discovery of an intricate and enveloping mineral texture that fades into the savory. Excellent in combination with fish dishes, white meats and delicate risotto.
