The wine
The color is ruby red, bright, with a slight mauve reflection. The scent opens with fruity hints of raspberry, currant, while a floral note of rose peeps in the background. The taste is captivating, with the freshness of youth combined with the softness of ripe fruit. The tannin, barely noticeable, clears the palate. Its freshness and immediate pleasantness combine it very well with appetizers in general, with pasta, with light second courses, making it a persuasive wine, a discreet companion for pleasant convivial moments.
