The wine
The particular composition of the soils and the temperature-controlled fermentation enhance the typical characteristics of the Dolcetto d'Alba grape which, by its nature, produces a ruby red wine with intense purple hues. The scent is fresh, fragrant and fruity and immediately recalls marasca cherry. The dry, pleasantly harmonious flavor is due to the low acidity. Dolcetto d'Alba Madonna del Dono expresses its best characteristics in the first years of life.
Classic all-round wine. For its freshness characteristics combined with good body and fragrant harmony, it ideally accompanies appetizers, delicate first courses and delicious dishes.
