The wine
The color is intense garnet red, with ruby nuances. The scent is intense and persistent with a clear hint of spices, cinnamon, absinthe, tobacco and scrub rose. The taste is full and elegant, with enveloping and soft tannins. Pleasant are the spicy and the woody which blend perfectly.
Ideal companion for the traditional egg pasta, Langhe, Tajarin, meat ravioli, red, boiled, braised and game dishes. He prefers sheep and goat tomes and aged hard cheeses.Customer reviews
