The wine
The color is deep ruby red, lively and bright. With aging, garnet nuances are accentuated. The scent is fresh, with fruity notes reminiscent of blackberry, red fruit jam and spicy hints of vanilla and toasted hazelnut. The taste is full and enveloping, with a slightly evident acidic vein. Clear, but well blended with the remaining sensations, the woody note. Its organoleptic characteristics make it a wine that goes well with tasty first courses and white and red meat dishes. Ideal with cold cuts and aged cheeses.
