The wine
At sight it has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The scent is intriguing and refined. Important floral presence of violet, primrose, lavender and peony which is enriched by fruity notes of raspberry, wild strawberries, cherry, white melon and plum. In closing we find tantalizing spicy hints. The sip is fresh and elegant. Soft attack that evolves into a combination of fruity notes with cherry, apricot and raspberry in evidence. Great balance and refined acidity. Perfect with game, stews and roasts; medium-aged cheeses.
