The wine
Pinot Noir is ruby red in color; the nose expresses hints of red fruits, cassis and currants with touches of sweet spices and mint. The sip is intense vertical and concentrated, with well perceptible tannins, full-bodied and balanced by good freshness and minerality. Perfect to accompany meat sauces and red meats, it is ideal in combination with roasts and stewed meats.
