The wine
A fresh, oily-rich wine, with which wine maker, Julián Chivite López, aims “to go back to the roots, to the authentic Verdejo grape”.
A straw-yellow colour with green tones on the rim, the wine has a touch of sharpness on the nose, displaying tropical fruit aromas along with notes of green and forest fruits. Fresh on the palate, with marked acidity, an oily texture and plenty of volume.
Aged on its lees in tank.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC
