Review
The "Paese Tuoi" Barolo is produced with the blending technique, which is typical of the Langhe area, already at the beginning of the last century. Preferred technique by our company that aims to produce elegant and well-balanced wines. Fermentation lasts 15-20 days at a controlled temperature of about 30 ° C to allow the wine to enrich itself with the tannin necessary for long aging. It is then placed in large oak barrels for at least two years and rests for another year in the bottle to reach the final balance.
Ruby red with garnet red reflections. Intense and spicy aroma. Enriched with notes of licorice, coffee and dried rose. Dry and full-bodied sip. The tannins are well integrated and the plum note is evident.
