Details for Villa da Filicaja Barolo 2015
Bottle size and vintage
From Nebbiolo grapes from the best vineyards of Castiglione Falletto, Cherasco, Diano d'Alba, Verduno and Grinzane Cavour, this Barolo ages, as per tradition, for over three years in large oak barrels. Garnet tending to orange, with a floral aroma, with notes of violets, it soon evolves towards a bouquet that evokes small red fruits, jam plum, spices and leather. On the palate it is confident but does not hit you: the tannin is already quite domesticated and the taste is full, satisfying, harmonious, with exciting persistence.
- Optimum serving temperature:Between 16ºC and 18ºC
Quel parfum - une merveille avec une grillade d'été - et quel duel avec son partenaire "duo" Il Poggione ! Impossible à départager.
