The wine
Alcoholic fermentation in small steel vats at a controlled temperature; maceration in steel for about 15 days; malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Intense ruby red color with violet reflections, notes of black cherry, raspberry and vanilla. Elegant and silky tannins with a good aftertaste persistence and savory finish.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
