The wine
A beautiful Fiano Salentino with a straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. The nose is floral, exotic, citrus, in an overall delicate olfactory with excellent mineral and almond innervations. Rich palate, quite full-bodied, elegant and balanced, with a nice minerality. In addition to the aperitif, it goes well with shellfish and first courses of the sea.
