The wine
Diamante d'Almerita is a very aromatic sweet passito, golden yellow in color with green reflections. The scent reveals inviting notes of candied fruit and syrup. On the palate it is fragrant, soft, sweet but balanced thanks to the good acidity. Excellent on mature and blue cheeses; excellent accompaniment to spoon desserts, dark chocolate, fruit and cream cakes, dry pastries.
