Review

Sanct Valentin Gewurztraminer is an aromatic and deep wine, with a straw yellow appearance with soft golden reflections. The nose reveals a beautiful bouquet of roses, exotic fruits and oriental spices. On the palate it is powerful, complex, characterized by a slight residual sugar and a finish of rare persistence. Throughout the meal, it pairs beautifully with spicy dishes, goose liver, blue cheeses, as well as recipes seasoned with spicy spices and seafood risotto.

Risotto ai frutti di mare / Cheeses with herbs / Piatti speziati
