Drinking and storing
Pleasant enough, I suppose, but underwhelming. The best Grüner Veltliners are racy, with vibrant acidity and generally (and ideally) dry. This one doesn't fulfil any of those requirements. There is the green pepper aromas and flavours of the varietal, but there is something flabby about it unexciting sweetness.
