The wine
Made from tempranillo grapes from different farms with vineyards between 50-60 years. The harvest is done manually. Later it is not clarified or filtered, so sediments may appear.
NOTE: We recommend decanting the wine half hour before serving.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 15ºC and 17ºC
