The vinification of Langhe Nebbiolo takes place in horizontal fermenters at a controlled temperature for about 10/15 days. The refinement lasts 12 months, divided between small wooden barrels (barrique and tonneau), and large wooden barrels. The color is intense garnet red. The nose is young, complex, with fruity, spicy and light leather hints. The taste is young, soft, enveloping, with sweet and fine tannins of good persistence.
