The wine
Perla del Garda Drajibo is a passito wine with a strong and original character. It presents itself at the sight of a beautiful bright golden color. The nose reveals pleasant sweetnesses of apricot, peach, honey, vanilla and sugared almond. In the mouth it returns analogous sweetness, supported by a nice acid push and emphasized by intense notes of honey. Excellent served with desserts (tarte tartin above all) and blue cheeses.
