Spec sheet
The wine
It developed on a plot of 1.5 ha bordering the Grands Crus of Chablis and is just ahead of Premier Cru Montée de Tonnerre is a wine with an exquisite fruit content.
The nose offers a blend of floral components (apple blossom) and orange, pink grapefruit and fresh apricots, with a limestone finish (wet stone). The palate is deep, delicate, concentrated fruit, elegant and with a beastly good acidity that makes it straight and direct. Nice memories satin type textures.
