It has an intense ruby red color that tends to garnet with aging. Its scent is broad, persistent with hints of undergrowth, red jams and licorice, ethereal after a long aging. It has a dry, quite tannic and soft sip. To be combined with game, roasted or grilled meats and aged cheeses.

A perfect expression of the Sangiovese grape
Full bodied, earthy and with hints of toasted hazelnuts (having spent 36 months in Oak...). Very rich on the palate, flavours of Prune, Tobacco, dried cherry with an exquisite long finish. Tannins are perfectly integrated allowing for a smooth sensation.
